Fibre and copper are the cheapest services to cut and among the most expensive to repair, and they’re rarely where the plans say. We locate and trace phone, data and fibre runs across residential and commercial sites, and we install the ducting and pits that new connections run through.

Our work is the civil side — locating, trenching, ducting and reinstatement. The network provider pulls and connects their cable.

Comms — FAQ'S

Do you install the fibre itself?
We install the underground duct and pits from the boundary to the house or building, trenched and reinstated. The network provider then pulls and connects their fibre through it.
Can you find a fibre cable that isn’t on any plan?
Usually, yes — by tracing the duct or tracer wire where there is one, GPR where there isn’t, and potholing to confirm. Fibre is the cable most often missing from plans, so we treat it as present until proven otherwise.
